Mama's Recharge - Back to School Body Well September 11, 2022

Body Well is an 8 week transformation with a bit of a twist as the kiddos head back to school.
This session will offer 2 Sunrise HIIT workouts each week, and a THIRD workout every other Sunday.
On the off Sunday's, there will be Zoom Meetings where Meg will do some Women's Health Education to help increase your mood, your energy, and your progress.
We will still be tracking, but we will track forward, not backward. You will plan for the week not track it. You will get tips on how to plan based on each week, and we will go over lots of overall health education to speed up your progress toward your goals.
