Run Club (2 Runs/Week Pass)

Two Group Runs per Week with 5K and Half Marathon Race Training Program and Coaching included. Two times available each week!

Mondays at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 7:30am
12 weeks beginning March 21, 2022


Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like minded mamas, Run Club is for you! A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms.

Two great formats to choose from: 2 Runs/week or 1 Run/Week.

Mondays @ 5:45pm includes a warm-up, 30 minutes of running (shorter distances and/or speedwork) and Strength and Core training

Saturday @ 7:30am format will vary up to 1 hour long (out & back run, speed work, and trail runs!)

Register soon, as we anticipate a full crew!

Session includes...

-5k and Half marathon training programs for those who want them.

-Accountability.

-Supplemental material.

-Pre-session meeting.

-Private Facebook group.

Location will vary around Duluth.

*Maximum of two missed runs can be used towards a free Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, or Strides 360 class*


Cancellation policy Full refund will be given up to 1 week before the first class. Refund will be issued on a prorated basis in the form of account credit only if you are unable to attend the full session due to injury or other circumstance. No refund of any kind will be given if you attend at least half of the session.
