Run Club (2 Runs/Week - 12 Week Session)
Two Group Runs per Week for 12 weeks with 5K, 10k and Half Marathon Race Training Programs and Coaching included.
Wednesdays at 5:45 pm and Saturdays 7:30 am

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with
other like minded mamas, Run Club is for you! A program for all levels, Run
Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other
moms.
Wednesdays @ 5:45pm includes
a warm-up, 30 minutes of running (shorter distances and/or speedwork) and Strength and Core training.
Saturday @ 7:30am format will vary up to 1 hour long (out & back run, speed work, and trail runs!)

Session includes...
-5k and Half marathon training programs for those who want them.
-Accountability.
-Supplemental material.
-Pre-session meeting.
-Private Facebook group.
Location will vary around Duluth.
*Maximum of two missed runs can be used towards a free Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, or Strides 360 class*
